Providing feedback

During the recent engagement period, our main priority was receiving feedback from kaimahi (staff) in Te Pūkenga Network. This includes our Institutes of Technology and Polytechnics (ITPs), Transitional Industry Training Organisations (TITOs), Work Based Learning (WBL) divisions, Te Pūkenga business divisions and National Office.

Kaimahi have been given details on how they can provide feedback.

Timeframes and next steps

We are now collating and analysing feedback.

This engagement does not propose any impact to kaimahi in the wider network. Kaimahi will get a sense of where they will fit in the proposed structure but this is not a consultation process about their job.

Following this period of engagement there will be a series of targeted consultations as we move function by function through this process. At this stage we don’t know which functions will change first. What we do know is that we need to do this in a way that means, as a Network, we continue to deliver our core services.
